QUICK SHIP:
We offer 1, 2 and 3 business day shipping for an additional cost per U.S. shipping address for in-stock items. Orders placed before 12:00 noon Central Time usually ship that day. Delivery must be to a street address - not a P.O. box. In the case that your Quick Ship package's actual shipping cost is less than the automatic charge, we will pass along that savings to you.
STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Regular orders are shipped FedEx or UPS ground and rates are from $5.99 - $8.99. Delivery must be to a street address - not a P.O. box. International orders other than Canada cannot be placed at this time. Canadian orders can only be sent via ground.
Standard orders will typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days from when your order was placed. MOST orders ship within 24 hours.
GIFTS:
We offer free gift messages. There is a place for this when you check out.
ORDERING ONLINE:
Simply browse our product selection, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you are done shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details needed in order to process your secure order. Please remember to input your email address on the billing page - you will be notified when your package ships and receive a tracking number. We accept Visa or MasterCard.
ORDERING BY MAIL:
You may also order with a check or money order. Simply shop online as described above, continuing through until you see your shopping total including shipping charges [and 5% tax if in WI]. You may then either print out that page or write out the information to include with full payment. Orders paid by check will be shipped when payment clears. Please use a money order to speed delivery if desired.
BACK ORDERS:
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will be notified by email when you may expect shipment. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
SALES TAX:
Orders shipped to a Wisconsin address will be charged 5% WI state sales tax as required by law.
RETURN POLICY:
WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY! If for some reason you are unsatisfied with an item, please contact us PROMPTLY and we will take all necessary steps to replace your product or refund your money. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded and items must be in original condition. Items must be returned within 60 days. All of our items are inspected carefully before they are shipped to you. Please examine all items thoroughly upon receipt. If there is damage due to shipping, please contact us right away and we will take care of you.
